SUBSTANCE: invention may be used in excavating of frozen grounds, breakage of hard roadway covering, old foundations for trenchless laying of pipelines and driving of draining pipes. Proposed device includes a body with a working chamber, hammer, hydraulic grip with a locking flexible member kinematically connected to a gripping valve, accumulator and unlocking flexible member kinematically connected to the hammer. Force of preliminary compression of the locking flexible member is larger than that of preliminary compression of the unlocking flexible member. EFFECT: higher productivity. 2 dwg
