FIELD: mechanical engineering; diesel engines. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to multicylinder internal combustion engines. Engine is provided with intake device consisting of receiver with separate cylinders and intake valves and air cleaner with air intake. Space B of cleaned air of air cleaner and space of receiver are placed in communication through gas line made in form of common wall of receiver and air cleaner housings in zone of their contact. This wall is made from pressed porous metal material permeable to gas. Summary passage section of wall pore through channels exceeds minimum passage section of air intake. Moreover, common wall can have additional through perforation holes, and additional vibration isolating element can be installed in joint of housings. EFFECT: provision of compact design of engine intake device and higher noise damping capacity. 6 cl, 4 dwg
