SUBSTANCE: hydraulic flowrate regulator that may be used in oil extraction process when oil is pumped into well has flexible body, case with flanges and branch pipe for feeding liquid to flexible-body interior and its clamps; flexible body is made in the form of union-diaphragm which in longitudinal section is shaped as central part of hollow toroid-like member having oviform profile and wall thickening from center to periphery and terminating at periphery in dovetail-like section; toroid-like member is provided on one end with fittings in the form of contracting ring whose top is coupled through monolithic joint with ring fixed within case by means of peripheral section of fittings, spacer sleeve, and clamp made in the from of diffusing ring; regulator case is provided with additional pipe connection incorporating high-pressure valves providing its communication with measuring instruments mounted in spaces upstream and downstream of diaphragm, respectively.
