MIXING DEVICE FOR PREPARATION OF SOLUTIONS Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

FIELD: oil and gas industries. SUBSTANCE: mixing device has inlet tank, pipe-connection chamber with changeable attachment positioned in it, diffuser with pressure pipe and draining device coupled to it, as well as bypass pipe with cock introduced into pressure pipe. Mixing device is provided with confuser positioned on inlet tank wall opposite to changeable attachment and coaxially with the latter. It also has filter installed in front of attachment in pipe-connection chamber and mixing chamber arranged between confuser and diffuser. Mixing device also includes pipeline for powder introduced into inlet tank at an angle to confuser axis and provided with cut-off control device. Draining device is fitted with draining branch pipe and blind branch pipe with end wall. The latter is positioned at an angle to solution flow. End wall position provides for deflection of solution flow in direction of through hole of draining branch pipe. Flow-section area of draining branch pipe must correspond to that of mixing chamber. Inlet tank is fitted with hinged cover which has packing and sealing members and cut-off device. EFFECT: enlarged production capabilities. 1 dwg
