FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: procedure and device are intended for use in submarines under rolling and pitching and angular vibration. Angular velocities are of guidance on target relative to oscillatory elevation and lateral axes in plane of sighting are fed to inputs of double-channel gyroscopic stabilization system. Complex control signal is supplied to input of elevation servo drive of rotary mirror or prism. Proposed device has eye-piece part with controls, rotary telescope with transforming optical system and servo drive of its horizontal guidance and head part. Head rotary mirror or prism is installed in double-axes gimbal suspension. Two transmitters of angular velocity are put on gimbal. Third transmitter is positioned on case of head part. Device also incorporates two microcontrollers. EFFECT: increased precision of gyrostabilization and guidance of sight line, simplified design and raised vibration strength of device. 5 cl, 2 dwg
