FIELD: equipment for optical aiming and guiding. SUBSTANCE: submarine periscope has head part including protective glass, rotary sighting unit with mechanism for altitude guidance and system changing magnifications, ocular part including collecting lens, deviation mirror and eye-piece connected by tube which houses objective lens and image-inverting systems placed in path of ray and is fitted with mechanism for horizontal guidance in lower part. Protective glass and rotary sighting unit in the form of rectangular prism-cube are bispectral. Head part of periscope is inserted with additional observation channel connected to main channel via rectangular prism-cube. Differential which one input is connected to mechanism for altitude guidance and which other input is connected to inserted system controlling turn of prism through constant angle is placed between rotation axis of rectangular prism-cube and mechanism for altitude guidance. Polarization filter mounted for turn about optical axis of periscope is inserted in ocular part of periscope between deviation mirror and eye-piece. It can be removed from periscope.
