SUBSTANCE: device belongs to optoelectronic observation systems and can be used in periscopes of submarines. Non-penetrating type periscope with a panoramic multi-channel surveillance system without rotation of the head part relative to the carrier body contains a protective window made in the form of an annular multispectral structure, course drive with a current supply of unlimited rotation is located inside the periscope body. At course drive a radar detection system, an antenna of the satellite navigation system, a panoramic multi-channel surveillance system containing a television and thermal imaging camera with non-wide-angle lenses providing a high-quality image throughout the field of view, as well as a sighting element with a stabilization and sighting system, with a protective window and a corrective optical element, is installed.
EFFECT: increasing the resolution of panoramic periscope surveillance systems based on the use of non-wide-angle (non-wide-angle) lenses (with field of view up to 30–35°) in television cameras and thermal imaging devices of periscopes.
