FIELD: electrical communications; digital data transmission by means of noise-like signals. SUBSTANCE: device has on sending end master oscillator that produces short video pulses reversing their polarity in modulator depending on polarity of message transmitted from message source, as well as pseudorandom sequence pulse generator and broadband transmitting antenna; on receiving end it has broadband receiving antenna connected through broadband amplifier to input of matched filter, demodulator whose output is connected to output unit, as well as tracking and synchronizing system; pseudorandom sequence pulse generator on sending end is made in the form of matched filter incorporating set of parallel delay lines of different length; length of each delay line corresponds to time position of pseudorandom sequence components connected through inverters corresponding to pseudorandom sign boilerplate to multiple-input adder whose output is connected through filter to broadband transmitting antenna; switch is newly introduced on receiving end; output of matched filter is connected to first input of switch and to input of tracking and synchronizing system; switch output is connected to demodulator input; tracking and synchronizing system is made in the form of delay line whose input is connected to output of adder whose first input is connected through rectifier to matched filter output and second input, to broadband amplifier output in tracking and synchronizing system; delay line output is connected to broadband amplifier input in tracking and synchronizing system and through threshold unit, to second input of switch.
