SUBSTANCE: proposed communication network characterized in that it provides capability of high-speed access to Internet and of establishing trunk communications using digital paths has subscriber telephone devices of Internet and public telephone network users, automatic telephone exchange, international automatic telephone exchange, data transfer network, and Internet provider equipment; at least one automatic telephone exchange out of group of exchanges incorporates digital execution system in the form of multiple-service center coupled with subscriber telephone devices of Internet users, public telephone network users, and with equipment of data transfer network and Internet provider; subscriber telephone devices organizing both Internet load and international automatic telephone exchange load are connected to multiple-service center and also to international automatic telephone exchange through digital path that functions as communication channel and uses common signaling channel.
