FIELD: medical engineering, particularly, magnetotherapy. SUBSTANCE: magnetotherapeutic apparatus has bed for patient location and two sources of magnetic field, one of magnetic field sources is installed for motion under bed, while the other, over bed, and also drive rigidly secured to base, supporting disc installed on outlet member of drive for angular motion and truck located under bed for motion. One source of magnetic filed includes permanent magnets mounted on supporting disc. One permanent magnet is located in disc center, and the other ones have magnetic circuits and are installed on disc in rows at an angle of 120 deg by three groups in each row. Base is located under bed for motion up and down and long base. The other source of magnetic field includes pairs of flat permanent magnets installed on two plates of magnetically permeable material with N poles on one plate and S poles on the other plate. Magnets in each pair are oriented to each other by opposite poles. Plates are located on truck at an angle of 90 deg to each other. Permanent magnets are used with residual induction of 0.3-1 T. Supporting disc is located in protective casing with net from magnetically permeable material installed on its end and closed with organic glass. Magnetotherapeutic apparatus is used in treatment of liver cirrhoses, hepatites, pancreatites, peptic ulcers of stomach and duodenum for painless crushing and withdrawal of concrements from liver, gall bladder, kidneys, pancreas and urinary bladder, also in treatment of prostate adenoma, mastites, radiculites, osteochondroses.
