FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has driving unit rigidly fixed on base, magnetic field source mounted on supporting disk angularly movably mounted on driving unit outlet member. The magnetic field source has three groups of permanent magnets, two magnets in each group mounted on supporting disk at an angle of 120 deg and arranged equidistantly from the disk center. The permanent magnets in groups face each other with poles of different names. The supporting disk is mounted on in protection casing manufactured from magnetically impermeable material having an opening shaped as permanent magnets. The supporting disk is arranged at the same distance from the supporting disk center as the permanent magnets. Additional magnetic field source has two permanent magnets facing each other with poles of different names and mounted on rod set at an angle of 90 deg to driving unit axis in the same plane with the axis and the axis of the opening in the protection casing. Magnetic conductor line matching flat magnets in shape is mounted in each group of flat permanent magnets set with their N poles outside. The protection casing is covered with polymethyl methacrylate. The additional source permanent magnets are also designed flat and set with their S poles outside. The rod is rigidly attached to the protection casing. The device has two uprights bearing the base movable upward and downward and magnetic panel manufactured form magnetically impermeable material having flat magnet groups mounted thereon, two magnets in each group connected to each other with wires and facing each other with poles of different names. The panel is attached to an additionally introduced upright and is movable upward and downward. Fixing members are available mounting the panel on the corresponding uprights. Counterweights are built in into the uprights. The counterweights are mechanically coupled to handles for lifting and ascending the base with principal additional magnetic field sources and the panel. Additional flat magnet is optionally introduced into the design of both principal additional magnetic field source group. The magnets in the groups are connected to each other with magnetic conductor lines and face each other with poles of the same name. The principle magnetic source groups are mounted on supporting disk cells with their ends. The magnetic panel is designed as rectangular plate bearing four groups of permanent magnets turned with their S poles outside. The magnetic panel optionally has four groups of permanent magnets. The plates are set at an angle of 90 deg to each other. One of the groups has its magnets turned with N poles outside and another one with S poles outside. The permanent magnets are usable with residual magnetic field intensity not less than 0.3 Tesla units. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; wide range of functional applications. 5 cl, 9 dwg
