FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: process is intended for application in those fields where low strength of current but high voltage are required. Solid generator includes means determining position from which jet or flow should be generated. Generator has large matrix of elements forming voltage, for example, matrix of photogalvanic cells created in consequence of laser scribing or etching of metal plate which is traditionally utilized in manufacture of solar cells.
