FIELD: wood-pulp and paper industry. SUBSTANCE: the offered method includes manufacture of paper-making band containing solid polymer resin hardened by exposure of liquid photosensitive resin to light with activating length of wave. Applied to, at least, one part of paper-making band is solution containing solvent causing swelling of resin and effective quantity of chemical compound dissolved in solvent. Chemical compound is selected from group containing antioxidants, chelating compounds and their mixtures, held for, at least, two horse to cause swelling of resin by solution containing solvent and effective quantity of chemical compound dissolved in it, and solvent is evaporated. Chemical compound is antioxidant. Paper-making band has transverse seam and seam in direction of machine. Antioxidant is primary antioxidant selected from phenols with volume substituents, secondary amines and from their mixtures, preferably, from phenols with volume substituents. Antioxidant additionally contains secondary antioxidant selected from phosphites, thioesters and from their mixtures, preferably, from thioesters. Solution is applied to paper-making band on the side intended for contacting paper. Solvent is used in form of isopropyl alcohol. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 7 cl, 15 dwg
