SUBSTANCE: material contains components at the following ratio, mole-%: d33, 76.0 to 76.5; PbTiO3, 19.0 to 20.0; PbZrO3, 1.5 to 2.0; BiTi3/4O3, 0.5 to 1.0; CaTiO3, 0.5 to 1.0; BaTiO3, 0.5 to 1.0. EFFECT: enhanced piezoelectric parameters extended to 400 C; extended range of working temperature; enhanced stability of piezoelectric modulus SrTiO3 at high temperatures and pressures. 3 tbl
