FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in electromechanical transducers having stable operation in the temperature range of 25°C to 240°C, one of the basic operation criteria of which is a low limit of the allowable complementary measurement error caused by ambient temperature change in said range. The piezoelectric ceramic material based on lead titanate contains lead, titanium, niobium, magnesium, germanium and zirconium oxides, with the following ratio of components in wt %: PbO 69.13-69.27; Nb2O5 7.82-8.07; TiO2 9.71-10.21; GeO2 0.65; MgO 1.18-1.22; ZrO2 10.87-11.22.
EFFECT: addition of germanium oxide in the material enables to form an improved crystalline structure, which minimises fluctuation of the composition and density and stabilises piezo- and dielectric properties of the material.
