FIELD: acoustics. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to development of piezoceramic members for hydroacoustic devices working in regimes both admission and radiation. Piezoceramic material comprises oxides in the following ratio, wt. %: PbO, 65.84-66.03; ZrO2, 19.64-19.67; TiO2, 11.43-11.51; SrO, 1.55-1.56; Nb2O5, 0.29-0.58; ZnO, 0.20-0.36; MnO, 0.11-0.20; La2O3, 0.26-0.46; Bi2O3, 0.39-0.68. The produced piezoceramic material of mean Seignette hardness shows value tgδ = 0.23-0.48%; value Ce.m.c., = 0.59-0.63 and high value d31 = ((145-190) x 10-12 C/H); Qm = 300-690.
