FIELD: oil and gas producing industry, particularly, devices for well workover by cutting-off tubing in wells. SUBSTANCE: device includes hollow body cylindrical in cross-section with axial and radial channels. Channels accommodate cutters with cutting surface fortified with hard alloys. Body consists of two halves secured together by bolts and made split. Body has axial channel of variable section. Cutters are installed into radial channels from body internal side and are engageable with cylindrical springs resting on stops made on body. EFFECT: reliable in operation and simple in manufacture for cutting-off pipes in well with diameter less than 100 mm. 3 dwg
