SUBSTANCE: device includes shaping unit with axial hole in front and rear walls, bearing rollers and foaming agent supply units. Movable rear wall is provided with centering unit made in form of washer secured on the outside of rear wall; this washer has bracket running through axial hole in rear wall; bracket is engageable with detachable level retainer mounted in pipe; detachable level retainer in made in form of distance shoes and double-arm lever mounted springily; one arm of lever is engageable with bracket and end of other arm carries bearing member.
