FIELD: applying of protective coatings onto outer surface of tubes, possibly applying foamed insulation materials onto surface of separate tubes according to technique "pipe-in-pipe". SUBSTANCE: form includes framework, cylindrical member with axial opening in end walls, supporting rollers and unit for introducing insulation composition. Form is provided with second group of supporting rollers. Cylindrical member is detachable one. At inner side end walls are provided with stoppers coaxially arranged along circle. One end wall may be moved in lengthwise direction. Delivery union is placed in end wall. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency, stable quality of insulation. 8 dwg
