SUBSTANCE: transparent thermally precipitated tube accommodating light-emitting diodes is used as light-emitting tube; Assembled tube is subjected to heat treatment with the result that light-emitting diodes are reliably locked in position inside light conductor; then tube ends are soldered. Tube may be thermally treated either as a whole or at locating points of light-emitting diodes. Examples of different positions of light-emitting diodes inside tube and use of phosphor coating on tube proper and on various items such as transparent plastic balls or crystals filling the tube are given in description of invention. Tensile strength of tube is enhanced due to use of internal metal or synthetic cord. Solid rod may be inserted in light conductor to enhance stiffness of tube.
