FIELD: medicine, medicinal ecology. SUBSTANCE: according the first variant the method deals with preparing an experimental nitrocellulose foundation due to subsequent sorption of albumin and hypoallergenic salt of a metal-allergen upon it, and two control foundations, the first of which is applied with albumin, and the second with albumin and solution of a salt similar by anion to the salt of metal- allergen, followed by conducting a subsequent immune- enzymatic assay of the samples along with obtaining the dyed complexes, and comparing the values of experimental sample against a control one by using the optical density values. In case of exceeded optical density of experimental sample against both control samples (moreover, at excess above the first control sample not less than 1.5 times at simultaneous presence of metal-allergen in blood sample in concentration being higher therapeutic) the specific sensitization due to metal-allergen is diagnosed. According to the second variant - one should use one foundation with the sorbed albumin as a control one. EFFECT: higher accuracy and availability of the method. 2 cl, 2 tbl
