FIELD: agricultural production. SUBSTANCE: feed grinder has cylindrical funnel-shaped housing with charging throat and discharge window. Sleeve conforming in shape to housing is concentrically located inside housing at the side of charging throat. Working tool is made in the form of spring attached to cutting-off disk connected to drive shaft in annular space between housing and sleeve. Crushing members are located on side surface of working tool on part opposed to charging throat along entire width thereof in parallel with grinder axial line. Crushing members are oriented toward discharge window. Manufacture of working tool in the form of spring allows rotational frequency thereof to be increased to 46.67 s-1 and, accordingly, feed crushing rate to be increased. EFFECT: reduced weight of working tool and, accordingly, reduced metal usage, increased grinding capacity and improved quality of ground feeds. 2 dwg
