FIELD: food-processing industry. SUBSTANCE: dehydrated apparatus has perforated casing incorporating pressing screw with reducing coil pitch and solid fraction moisture content regulating mechanism with discharge screw connected to pressing screw through drive. Pressing screw and moisture content regulating mechanism are arranged sequentially and axially inside said casing. Coil pitch of discharge screw is equal to pitch of terminating coil of pressing screw. Perforated part of casing is formed at inner side and provided with segment-shaped slots arranged in parallel with screw axis. Front radial edge of first coil of discharge screw is equipped with cutting plate. Discharge screw is made multiple-thread, with coil pitch gradually increasing toward discharge side and front radial edges of first coils arranged symmetrically in cutting plane with respect to screw axis. Cutting plates are fixed on each radial edge. Discharge screw is mounted for axial displacement relative to pressing screw and for rotation in opposite direction. EFFECT: increased efficiency in dehydrating of raw material, enhanced reliability in operation and reduced power consumption. 4 dwg
