SUBSTANCE: method involves producing skin incision surrounding in transverse direction the corresponding mammary gland is removed together with fascia of the musculus pectoralis major and fat in the auxiliary, subscapular and subclavicular area with corresponding lymph nodes. All nerve and vascular trunks are released from fat between the musculus pectoralis major and minor and in the claviculothoracic triangle, retaining in this way the thoracoacromial artery, its basic branches following its nerves and cephalic vein. EFFECT: prevented postmastectomy complications.
