SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the treatment of pain in the post-mastectomy period. Massage tapes are applied to the spinal side of the body in the T4-T7 projection on the same side of the operation, 3–5 cm away from the paravertebral line and pass in the suprascapular region, mid-scapular region and in the region of the lower angle of the scapula, parallel to the 8th and 10th ribs. On the ventral side of the body, massage tapes are passed from the mastectomy area parallel to the 3rd, 4th and 5th ribs on the contralateral side to the mid-axillary line, the said massage tapes are applied on the next day after surgical treatment and left for 4–6 days, followed by their removal on day 1 or 2 and subsequent overlay for 4–6 days.
EFFECT: method provides a reduction in pain, increased performance and return to work.
