SUBSTANCE: the innovation deals with a disposable absorbing product including an adhesive polysiloxane composition which adheres directly to human skin and could be painlessly removed from it. It is suggested a polysiloxane adhesive composition to be used to adhere products to human skin. It is, also, used to obtain an absorbing disposable product including a polysiloxane adhesive composition and which is obtained due to application of a two-component adhesive composition, where one component contains polysiloxane with functional group of the lowest alkenyl, and the second one includes a hydrogen-bearing polysiloxane copolymer possessing active hydrogen groups.
