SUBSTANCE: invention relates to aircraft engineering, particularly, to handling equipment. Helicopter mooring and rigging device includes rigging equipment, which is intended for loading of wheelless cargoes, for equipment wheeling by electric winches (1) and mooring equipment required for reliable fastening of loads. Helicopter mooring and rigging device comprises two electric winches (1) installed on cargo floor (2) in front part of cargo compartment (3), two drive stations (4) installed on the left and right sides of the fuselage in the front part of cargo compartment (3). On the roof of cargo compartment (3), two crane beams (32) are installed, on each of which there is carriage (5), bracket (16) with mass meter (7) fixed on it, as well as bracket (84), on which two rollers (9, 10) are fixed. On each electric winch (1) one end of rope (31) is fixed.

EFFECT: higher safety and expanded operating performances of device.
