FIELD: devices and methods of regeneration of industrial oils, particularly, separation of valuable components and production of purified oil fractions by processing of turbine, transformer, lubricating and motor oils. SUBSTANCE: method includes supply of used oil from supplying vessel to plant where oil to be regenerated is preliminarily converted into vapor-oil emulsion and then, it is sprayed in heated vacuum distillation column from which low-boiling components in the form of vapor phase are directed to heat exchanger and withdrawn from plant. Oil purified from low-boiling fractions is withdrawn in the form of liquid phase and transformed into vapor-oil emulsion and sprayed in heated vacuum distillation column. From there regenerated oil in the form of vapor phase is directed to heat exchanger and withdrawn from plant in the form of liquid phase. Mineral impurities and high-boiling components are withdrawn in the form of still bottoms. Plant includes at least one unit of vacuum distillation which is provided with emulsion chamber whose inlet is connected with line for supply of oil to be regenerated, and outlet of emulsion chamber is connected to device for spraying vapor-oil emulsion which is located in vacuum distillation column connected by means of line for withdrawal of vapor components to heat exchanger connected to accumulator of distilled fractions and to vacuum pump.
