FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for regeneration of waste industrial oils, in particular for isolation of valuable components and obtainment of industrial oils by recycling of a mixture of waste oil products. A method for regeneration of waste industrial oils is proposed, different in that regenerated oil is preliminary subjected to mechanical purification with additional cavitation processing, heated to a temperature of 200°C. Easily boiling components are separated in the first rectification column under conditions of atmospheric pressure. The resulting weighted raw materials are heated to a temperature of (330-370)°C. an oil fraction is separated in the second rectification column under conditions of under-pressure equal to (0.032-0.039) kg/cm2, and in the presence of a highly effective catalyst, which removes polar and unsaturated compounds. The oil fraction is cooled in an air cooling device to a temperature of (80-90)°C, condensed, and re-cooled to a temperature of (40-50)°C. Mineral impurities and highly boiling components are released in the form of a cubic residue.
EFFECT: use of the proposed method will allow for obtainment of basic industrial oil completely corresponding to requirements of GOST 20799.
