FIELD: oil and gas producing industry; applicable in seating of packering devices in wells in conduction of such operations as testing of casing strings for airtightness, isolating operations, etc. SUBSTANCE: device has body separated by partition into two cavities, one of which is low-pressure, while the other, high-pressure one, and filled with fluid and provided with piston and rod, and radial channels. Installed in partition having longitudinal channel is differential valve engageable with bushing located on body. Bushing in its turn is engageable with spring centralizer. Sealing member is made in the form of expandable sleeve with flexible collar and mandrel engageable with piston rod. Mandrel partially enters packer sealing member and expands it with rod moving upward. EFFECT: simplified design. 1 dwg
