FIELD: oil production industry, particularly for temporary productive reservoir isolation during well repair and to isolate lower reservoirs when passing from lower reservoirs to upper ones.

SUBSTANCE: packer comprises hollow bore with plug and rest, as well as fixer made as shear member. The plug is installed in hollow bore top. The rest may slide upwards relatively hollow bore and is provided with cone and stem located at rest bottom. Sealing member is arranged over the rest. Expanding cone fixedly connected with lower end of hollow bore is installed over the rest. Anchoring unit is located over the expanding cone. The anchoring unit is made as hollow insert with dies spring-loaded inwards. The dies are made as pistons installed in anchoring unit so that the dies may slide outwards. Hollow bore interior communicates with ambient space below sealing member through the stem. Outer stem surface is provided with groove and removable case with position regulator made as finger, which cooperates with above groove. The groove includes short and long sections connected with each other so that when stem performed axial displacement relatively removable case finger alternately passes into short and long groove sections. In transport position the finger is located in short groove section, in working position the finger passes in long groove section. The removable case is provided with spring centrators and spring plates connected to slips, which may cooperate with cone in working positions. In transport position the rest is fixed relatively hollow bore with shear screw. The locating fixer connects driving body made as connection pipe, with upper part of hollow bore.

EFFECT: elimination of work repetition and premature works for packer unsealing and decreased additional costs.
