FIELD: power-plant mechanical engineering; cooled blades of gas turbines. SUBSTANCE: method involves supplying cooling medium flow to inner surface of edge, passing this medium through interlaced wire pores of permeable shell made to follow profile of front edge, and conveying cooling medium to its outer surface. Cooling medium is conveyed to inner surface of impermeable strip that ensures cooling medium flow along its inner surface. Streamlined body, primarily gas-turbine blade, has body provided with inner cavity and cavity adjacent to critical-point area of edge, both cavities intercommunicating through ducts. Permeable shell with pores formed by interlaced wire is disposed over front edge profile. Inner cavity of body communicates with ducts whose axes cross critical line of edge; impermeable strip is placed opposite outlets of ducts in vicinity of critical line to cover critical point area on both sides, its size being greater than that of duct openings.
