SUBSTANCE: cooled blade is made from elastic-porous nonwoven rubberised metal material. Said nonwoven material has two chambers to feed coolant through its pores to blade profile outer surface. Invention ensures uniform porosity at the blade separate elements which allows intensive heat removal from its entire outer surface flown around by high-temperature combustion products.
EFFECT: higher hardness, longer life.
