FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: claimed blade comprises the cooling medium feed cavities, non-metallic porous material powder and metallic material. Claimed blade is made by the ply-by-ply laser sintering of powder materials in 3D format. Every ply of said materials includes non-metallic porous permeable material reinforced by metallic material that makes an array shape to preset profile of the blade. The blade surface outer ply in contact with high-temperature incident flow of combustion products is made of non-metallic porous permeable material in depth not smaller than the side of cubic array structure. Zirconium dioxide is used as said non-metallic porous permeable material.
EFFECT: longer thermal-fatigue life crack resistance, normal operating performances at flow temperature of up to 2000°.
