FIELD: construction engineering; erection and reconstruction of pipe lines. SUBSTANCE: pipe line is placed in protective envelope with end seals. Well is made at end of protective envelope to which drainage line is led from lower cavities of pipe line. Perforated pipe is located in well in zone of drainage line. Well is provided with gas-discharge line. Side slots filled with porous material are made along protective envelope on side of pipe line.
