FIELD: units for utilization of wastes containing polymer compounds, worn tires of automobiles. SUBSTANCE: proposed plant includes gasification unit connected with gas utilization unit. Gasification unit includes gas generator made from tank provided with loading and unloading hatches reactor. Utilization unit is made pipe, gas line, ignition and afterburning injectors. Gasification unit is provided with primary air fan. Diameter of said tank ranges form 3 to 4 m at height of 4 to 5 m. Reactor is provided with upper spherical cover fitted with safety valve; its diameter ranges from 150 to 300 mm at height of 1 to 2 m. Bottom of reactor is provided with 80 to 120 injectors for delivery of primary air. Utilization unit is provided with secondary air throttle valve, 100 to 250 mm in diameter and secondary air fan. Said pipe has diameter of 400 to 600 mm; it is screened inside with heat-resistant concrete. Diameter of gas line ranges from 130 to 160 mm.
