FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device has tubular body comprising two parts joined by welding of two side members. Diaphragm is placed in through circular groove between parts of body. Tension ring coupling with internal base conical surface is used to align axes of diaphragm and parts of body. Butt surfaces of diaphragm have facing to depth 1,5-0,25 mm equal to rated ring clearance for transfer gas from body into spaces of ring chambers of pressure tap ahead and behind diaphragm. Union taps for pressure tap from ring chambers are mounted on external surface of tension coupling. EFFECT: secured accuracy of measurement of gas flow rate in main lines due to guaranteed quality of maintenance of constricting device. 3 dwg
