FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: movable contact assembly has movable contact member mounted for turning and connected to flexible current-conducting strip. Movable contact member has elongated tail part with slot in its center and cylindrical projections on its side surfaces intended to facilitate mounting contact member in holder slot; movable contact member is fixed through nonsplit joint with flexible current-conducting strip. The latter is prebent and locked in position. Movable contact member may be joined with flexible current-conducting strip by means of rivet made of conducting material or by riveting cylindrical rod made of same material as movable contact member. EFFECT: enhanced reliability, improved electrical, mechanical, and corrosion-resistance characteristics at optimal material input. 4 dwg
