FIELD: food-processing industry agriculture. SUBSTANCE: pasteurizer has section of infra-red heating up, tank-storage, pump, regenerator and cooler, supply lines of the processed liquid and the cooling water and pipeline included into the supply line of the processed liquid between the output from the infra-red heating-up section and the input to the cooler. The infra-red heating-up section represents a cluster of crystal pipes with an electric heater made in the form of a high-resistance spiral wound on the pipe surfaces and fixed by the heat insulation having the reflecting interior surface. The pulsator and the swirler of the processed liquid flow are mounted in the input to the infra-red heating-up section. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg
