FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular to devices for processing fluids by heating, including their pasteurization. Plant for pasteurization of liquid products includes a pump, a hydrodynamic heater, a maintainer, a regenerator, a cooler, an automatic valve and a heat pump, which actuates a compressor, a condenser, a receiver, a heat exchanger, a filter-dryer, a thermostatic control valve, an evaporator and a pressure relay. Condenser is a sealed flow-type container for freon vapour, which is installed at the outlet of the compressor, inside which there is a coil for a flow of cold liquid product on the way of delivery for pasteurization in a countercurrent to the freon vapour flow direction for heating the liquid product. Evaporator is mounted in the cooler of the pasteurized liquid product.

EFFECT: technical result of the proposed technical solution is improvement of efficiency due to reduced heat losses into the environment and with a cooling fluid.
