FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has oval shape conductors manufactured from non-magnetic material and rectilinear polygons at least one of which is a star manufactured from magnetic material and others are manufactured from magnetic and nonmagnetic material as applicator units, permanent magnet and reservoir manufactured from dielectric material for placing an object under treatment into it. The permanent magnet and applicators are arranged in the reservoir casing on its bottom, their centers belonging to the vertical axis of the reservoir. The applicator units are insulated from each other and positioned one under the other in the following order - polygon manufactured from magnetic material, oval shape conductor, polygon manufactured from non-magnetic material and star manufactured from magnetic material connected to the permanent magnet which north pole is directed towards the star.
