FIELD: heat-power engineering; cleaning flue gases of heat-power plants from sulfur and nitric oxides. SUBSTANCE: method includes cooling flue gases to temperature below dew point, condensation of water vapor in tubular heat exchanger for forming fresh condensate, further cooling of flue gases by ambient air and absorption of nitric and sulfur oxides in absorption section at counter-flow contact with film of recirculating condensate saturated with ozone oxygen and acid components in raising pipe of air lift followed by cooling with ambient air, absorption of nitric and sulfur oxides at direct-flow contact with film of saturated condensate, cleaning from drops of entrapped condensate in separation section, removal of cleaned flue gases from treatment zone, cleaning acid condensate from acid components in anionite filter and delivery of it to feed water. Device proposed for realization of said method includes transit gas duct, gate valves, parallel gas duct where treatment zone is located; treatment zone consists of tubular heat exchanger, absorption section and rising pipe of air lift and separation section; they are made in form of vertical tubular heat exchangers interconnected at the top by means of overflow chamber and hydraulic seal at the bottom; device also includes condensate line and anionite filter. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of cleaning flue gases from nitric and sulfur oxides at simultaneous utilization of their heat and entrapping of components. 3 cl, 1 dwg
