FIELD: production of uniform compresses gas mixtures with SF6 and gas with density less by 4 g/l in mixing plant. SUBSTANCE: production is effected in mixing plant which includes device for preliminary mixing of gases connected with static mixer and/or buffer vessel, compressor connected with buffer vessel, return pipeline from compressor outlet to buffer vessel. Invention makes it possible to produce mixtures, for instance, of SF6 and N2, suitable as insulating gas for current- conducting underground cables. EFFECT: large-scale production of said mixtures with mass flowmeters ensuring high accuracy and reliability. 14 cl, 2 dwg
