FIELD: protection of tubes of heat exchange apparatus against corrosion and scale. SUBSTANCE: method includes also repair of corrosion pits, cavities and through defects in tubes; proposed method includes application of polymer coat on inner surface of tubes by translational motion of excessive volume of polymer material over internal surface of tube followed by its hardening; polymer material is additionally set in rotary motion over inner surface of tubes at linear velocity of 0.4-1.0 m/s; translational motion of polymer material is effected at velocity of 0.1-0.49 m/s; used as polymer material is polymer compound at viscosity at rest of 1000 to 12000 P at thixotropic reduction of viscosity at indicated velocity. Used as polymer material are loaded compounds on base of epoxy, or silicon-organic, or phenol formaldehyde, or furan, or polyamide, or acryl resins or their mixtures. Powders of metals or their oxides or metal alloys are used as fillers for compounds. Polymer coat is hardened for at least 36 hours at temperature of 20-25 C or for 1-2 h at temperature of 50-100 C. Device proposed for realization of this method includes loading chamber, connecting washer, unit for translational motion of polymer material, wire rope, mechanical drive; it is additionally provided with conical elastic screw feeder at conicity of 5-10 deg on side opposite to connecting washer; unit for motion of polymer material is provided with at least two rigid washers which are mounted apart. Washers may be made from polymer materials, such as fluoroplastic or from metals. Screw feeder is made from rubber. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of corrosion protection of tubes. 8 cl, 1 dwg
