FIELD: apparatuses for cleaning grains and grain products, namely, air-screen separators with closed air cycle, possibly used in flour milling-elevator and combined-fodder industry branches for removing impurities out of grains. SUBSTANCE: air-screen separator includes housing provided with screens, vibrating supports and drive and mounted onto frame and two beams, pneumatic separating duct with movable wall having window with guiding plate placed at side of feeding product from housing with screens to pneumatic separating duct; speeding up duct having at outlet in front of centrifugal air separator regulating valve; centrifugal air separator having gap no less than 10 mm relative to end wall and arranged opposite relative to fan at side of sedimentation chamber; mechanism for cleaning said chamber in the form of vibrating trough mounted on housing with screens and joined by means of flexible inserts with sedimentation chamber and gate valve mechanism; air return duct with diffuser. EFFECT: lowered size of separator with closed air cycle, reduced dust content and energy consumption. 2 dwg
