FIELD: lifesaving appliances. SUBSTANCE: buoy includes float and line. Hollow body of float is cylindrical and conical in shape; it is provided with at least two symmetrical handles with soft baskets secured on it for receiving hands of person being rescued. In upper portion of buoy body there is ring for securing the line by means of unsinkable snap hook; taper portion of buoy body is provided with signal flash light and unit for transmission of sound intermittent signal. Power supply source for flash-light and unit for transmission of intermittent signal is arranged in lower portion of hollow body and ON/OFF button of flash-light and signal unit is located under one handles in upper portion of body. EFFECT: possibility of prompt and accurate delivery of buoy to required position; enhanced reliability of securing the victim. 8 cl, 7 dwg
