FIELD: inorganic chemistry, chemical technology. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods of synthesis of aluminium hydroxochloride used in systems of water preparing, sewage treatment, medicinal preparations and perfume-cosmetic articles. The parent solution of high-base aluminium hydroxochloride produced by dissolving metallic aluminium in hydrochloric acid and showing atomic ratio of chlorine to aluminium = 0.5-0.8 is evaporated up to the content of the basic substance in melt 25-30% as measured for Al2O3 and drying is carried out in film regime at t = 80-150 C using a heating crystallizer. Invention ensures to obtain high-base crystalline aluminium hydroxochloride with the content of basic substance 43-48% as measured for Al2O3. EFFECT: simplified technological process, high quality of product.
