FIELD: waste product reprocessing equipment. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has concentrate desalinization cryostat, refrigerant generator, ozonization chamber, and salt separating device. Ozonization chamber has tangential branch pipe adapted for supplying dehydrated concentrate and connected through pump to dehydrated concentrate discharge branch pipe, cover with axial nozzle for feeding ozone-containing gas delivered from ozonizer and with discharge branch pipe equipped with isolating member. Cryostat is connected to refrigerant generator and is provided with ice outlet and grid located in cryostat lower part under concentrate branch pipe fed by belt conveyor. Discharge end of belt conveyor is positioned above ice outlet. Salt separation device has two cylindrical electrohydraulic treatment chambers connected through main pipeline to pump. Apparatus of such construction allows effective separation of salts solved in concentrates by increased intensity of reprocessing operation and provides bactericidal effect by ozonization and electrohydraulic action upon concentrate.
