SUBSTANCE: linear heating cable ash, at least, two heating elements which are spaced at distance not in excess of 2/3R from cable external surface, where R is cable radius. Rotation of electrical resistances of heating elements is selected within 1.0 to 10.0. Total electrical resistance of heating elements amounts to less than 20 Ohms. heating elements are enclosed in insulated shell and insulated from one another. One ends of heating elements are free for connection of heating cable to power source. The other ends, are interconnected to one another and insulated. Heat is concentrated in immediate vicinity to external surface. Cable power as well as amount of transmitted heat are regulated. EFFECT: improved design. 10 cl, 6 dwg
