FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: device includes rod 1 with linear scale 2, frame 3 with vernier 4 which is movable along rod and protractor. Device is provided with stud 8 rigidly mounted on front end of rod; stud has slot perpendicular to rod. Changeable stop is movably mounted in slot. Protractor is made in form of arc of circle with angular scale and sector plate immovably secured on it. Arc of circle is mounted in radius slot provided in frame for turn and securing by means of hold-down. One wall of radius slot is provided with bevel engageable with bevel found on hold-down.
